Holly Jantz

Vice President – Environmental Policy and Technology

Holly Jantz has more than twenty years of experience in environmental compliance, climate resilience, and policy implementation, supporting government agencies, utilities, and mission-driven organizations across the United States. She is highly experienced in applying environmental regulations, interpreting federal policy requirements, and building the operational frameworks agencies need to deliver transparent and defensible environmental decisions.

Holly’s background includes senior leadership roles within FEMA’s environmental office, where she supported national environmental review operations and managed compliance for complex infrastructure projects following major disasters, including Hurricanes Sandy, Irma, and Maria. Her work involved evaluating ecological impacts, coordinating with regulatory agencies, navigating NEPA and environmental requirements, and guiding applicants through permitting pathways to keep critical recovery projects moving.

At FEMA Headquarters, she played a key role in modernizing environmental review workflows, strengthening national consistency through improved guidance, and leading the creation of digital and geospatial tools that enhanced compliance, data quality, and review timelines across large-scale recovery and mitigation efforts.

Holly brings deep experience translating environmental policy into practical processes and is well-equipped to support countries and organizations seeking to develop or refine environmental governance systems grounded in biodiversity protection, climate considerations, and operational feasibility.
