Anna Maria has overseen finance, operations, administration, and human resources for several different business-types throughout her career including for a company with 8 locations and over 85 employees.

Anna Maria’s current responsibilities at HydroTech include developing and administering financial controls, negotiating contracts, assisting procurement, handling payroll and employee benefits, evaluating and managing employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and acting as liaison with key clients, lawyers and accountants.
