Anna Maria’s current responsibilities at HydroTech include developing and administering financial controls, negotiating contracts, assisting procurement, handling payroll and employee benefits, evaluating and managing employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and acting as liaison with key clients, lawyers and accountants.
