NYSDEC Brownfield Cleanup for a High-end Waterfront Residential Community

HydroTech provided environmental engineering services for the remediation and subsequent closure of a 12.5-acre waterfront property under the jurisdiction of the NYSDEC Brownfield Cleanup Program. The property was remediated to facilitate the development of a high-end residential community consisting of 52 residential units. The site achieved closure with NYSDEC in December 2017 and the development is ongoing. HydroTech is continuing to provide environmental support services throughout the development process.
