Before working with HydroTech, Mr. Makki was involved in the conception and design of a waste management strategy of the project for CAP Emirates for Capital Investment.

The development comprises a 33-floor high-end residential tower built over a podium parking area of four floors and underground parking of 3 basements. The site is located at the northern end of Abu Dhabi Island, near the Corniche and the Sheraton Hotel. The project has an approximate value of 200 Million AED ($ 54 Million).
