Remediation Mitigation Design for Institutional Renovation

HydroTech provided environmental services to FCA Realty for the renovation of an existing 4-story building. The northern portion of the site was historically operated as a dry-cleaning facility. HydroTech performed a remedial investigation of the property and identified elevated levels of chlorinated volatile organic compounds in soil and soil vapor. HydroTech then designed and installed a Sub-slab Depressurization System to mitigate vapor intrusion into the property. The system was tested and certified following start-up and is currently in operation.
