Environmental Cleanup for a 17-Story Hotel Development

HydroTech is providing environmental engineering services for the remediation of a 22,450 square foot superfund site that was formerly a rubber adhesive manufacturing facility. An Interim Remedial Measures Work Plan was prepared prior to construction which outlined the remedies required for the site cleanup. The remedial plan included the excavation and removal of abandoned underground chemical storage tanks, excavation and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous soil, and the installation of Sub-slab Depressurization and Soil Vapor Extraction Systems.
