“E” Designation Program Support for Mixed-use Redevelopment

HydroTech provided environmental engineering services as part of the redevelopment of a site enrolled in the New York City Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP). HydroTech’s scope of work included waste characterization and lead delineation, design of engineering controls, oversight during remedial activities, including soil excavation, tank removal and installation of engineering controls, and post-remediation soil vapor sampling to close out an open NYSDEC spill. HydroTech is currently involved in post-remediation site management which includes annual inspection of engineering controls.
