Hydro Tech conducted an investigation of a NYSDEC Inactive Hazardous Waste Disposal Site that has adversely impacted the drinking water wells in western Suffolk County, New York. The investigation consists of the installation of a soil boring and groundwater wells up to 100 feet in depth, as well as the performance of a Sub-Slab Depressurization System (SSDS) Pilot Test.

Based upon the results of this investigation, Hydro Tech has designed and installed a full scale SSDS which was approved by the NYSDEC.
