Before working with HydroTech, Mr. Makki managed and led EIA and modeling of this Electricité de Zahle (EDZ) project.

The facility is a temporary engine-driven power plant constructed and operated by EDZ. The power plant comprises sixty fully equipped 60 MW power generators with stacks for emissions and noise attenuators, setup transformers, switch gears, control rooms, a fuel storage main reservoir and individual tanks, storage units, maintenance workshops and administrative and labor facilities.
