While working for Langan, Mr. Khouri co-managed the OQYANA World First Project in Dubai, UAE. The scope of services included providing geotechnical and waterfront/marine engineering evaluations of the island’s perimeter seawalls and ground improvement schemes, as well as seismic slope stability analysis at the edge of the islands. The proposed design effort and creative approach led to enormous budget and schedule savings for the client.
