“E” Designation Program Support for Commercial Retail and Residential Development

HydroTech provided environmental engineering services to Tahoe Development for the remediation of a 10,000 square foot site previously occupied by a meat production factory. The redevelopment consists of a new 10-story mixed-use commercial and residential building with a slab on grade. The first two floors will be utilized for commercial retail space and a residential lobby and recreation area, while the remaining floors will contain residential units. The scope of work included a site investigation, supervision and documentation of the removal of several 550-galllon underground storage tanks, waste characterization sampling, air monitoring and oversight during excavation, and preparation of a closure report.
