Mr. Zhang’s experience ranges from Phase I Environmental Site Assessments through subsurface investigations and into the management of intricate remedial systems.  Mr. Zhang supervised field operations in New York State which involved groundwater and soil sampling, groundwater monitoring well installations, soil sample collection and logging.
