EXPERIENCE SUMMARY
Mr. Saad has more than 20 years of civil engineering experience specializing in the design and
construction of residential and commercial buildings, footings, vapor barriers, noise walls, irrigation
systems, canals, embankments, preparing Quality Assurance project plans and Quality Control measures.
Mr. Saad’s experience also includes design and construction of highways, signal systems and analyzing
and reviewing Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for commercial developments.

Environmental Site assessments
Supervised qualified environmental professionals conducting Environmental Site Assessments, analysis
of site investigation reports and project QA/QC.
Remedial Investigation and Feasibility Studies
Supervised qualified professionals conducting site investigation, data analysis, performing feasibility
studies and alternative development and evaluation and cost estimates.
Remedial Actions
Implemented several Remedial Action Work Plans(RAWP). Supervised qualified environmental
professionals and ensured that remediation requirements set forth in RAWPs are achieved.
Project Management
Reviewed plans submitted by contractors for compliance with RAWP. Supervised qualified
environmental professionals coordinating the work of contractors and subcontractors involved in all
aspects of remedial construction, including soil excavation, stockpiling, characterization, removal and
disposal, air monitoring, emergency spill response services, import of back fill material, and management
of waste transport and disposal on various projects.
