Mrs. Kandepi is a highly qualified civil engineer with extensive experience in a wide scope of projects.  She is extremely knowledgeable in civil engineering related design and development work in all phases, and is adept at many design programs, including AutoCad.  Finally, Mrs. Kandepi has multiple certifications, such as OSHA, Environmental Inspection and Confined Space Entry.
