What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? As field manager I manage our field operations which includes maintaining our fleet of 7 geoprobes and heavy equipment, dispatching our crews to their sites, and assuring that the projects are performed properly and to the highest standard. My job is diversified because Hydro Tech performs many different types of environmental contracting from drum disposal and tank removal to geotechnical drilling.
My goal is to assure that our clients are satisfied on every project. The client makes a lot of decisions based upon what they see in the field; therefore, I work hard to make sure my crews are fast, efficient and innovative. This business is driven by referrals and one unhappy client can lead to a lot of lost work.
Key to success: The world is a tragedy for the ones who feel but a comedy for the ones who think
Always think and act positive, good things happens to good people.
