Manuel Pino Mr. Manuel Pino is the Field Supervisor for Hydro Tech Environmental, Corp. Mr. Pino’s duties include preparing all field crews for the day’s work, ensuring they have all necessary and required materials and supplies to perform their scope of work. Mr. Pino is also trained to perform geotechnical borings for Hydro Tech. He is also responsible for the maintenance of Hydro Tech’s field facility and all our vehicles. Mr. Pino performs all necessary property inspections for new and potential projects for Hydro Tech. Mr. Pino is also the direct liaison between the field technicians and the General Manager.
