Alina Jakubowska Ms. Alina Jakubowska is the Environmental Coordinator/Receptionist for Hydro Tech Environmental, Corp. at the Brooklyn office. Ms. Jakubowska’s responsibilities include requesting and obtaining all necessary DOT permits for projects. Ms. Jakubowska also prepares all outgoing mail for the Brooklyn office, including completed reports and governmental agencies correspondences. Ms. Jakubowska also obtains the necessary mark-outs for all the Brooklyn office projects.
